A non-defective return must be new, unused and in its original condition, packaging and labels, with all included accessories. Returns are made by mail. A free prepaid return label is included in the package, and no restocking fee is charged. An item must not be mailed back before authorization.
Provide the order number, checkout email and an explanation. For damage, defects, an incorrect item or missing contents, include photographs or video of the product and packaging. An exchange depends on available inventory.
After approval, the refund is sent to the original payment method and processed within 10 days. A bank or card provider may require additional posting time.
Requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery for both defective and non-defective merchandise, and exchanges are accepted. Non-defective reasons include a change of mind, personal preference or selecting the wrong item. Damage, defects, incorrect shipments, missing contents or a material difference from the description can also be reported.
